The Perfect Storm

The Perfect Storm – How to make the most of it.

The Perfect Storm

After you listen to this podcast, get back to me about how you can benefit from this perfect storm.

There is a Perfect Storm that is happening in the marketplace and you can be a part of it.

There really are only 2 ways to create or catalyze wealth in a person’s life:

  1. To solve a major problem that a large portion of the masses struggles with daily- or # 2. To introduce a new idea to the masses that will increase, enlarge, improve, and elevate the life that they live. We have run across something that addresses both of those things and want to simply share them with you.

The first part of this Perfect Success Storm is more and more people especially moms are becoming aware and very concerned over all the toxins that are in the house, in our foods, and in our bodies. It’s a huge problem. Most people do not know this, but there are over 20,000 more chemicals in our life today and in the products we use than in 1985. Did you know that by 9 AM every morning, the average woman has over 200 chemicals in her body from what she has put on? This includes shampoo, skincare, and cleaning products. And did you know that that it takes less than 30 seconds for chemicals on the floor to enter the bloodstream of a child? Is it any wonder that the increase of diseases in our bodies has accelerated dramatically the last 25 years? Here is my question: WHO sold us on this insane lifestyle of man-made toxins and chemicals being acceptable and normal as a part of our bodies and lifestyle?

The Organic market is now just about ready to go mainstream with many businesses starting to add organic products to their shelf for their customers. THAT is perfect timing for our Organic Living Company.

Now for the second part of this Perfect Success Storm.

We have discovered a Direct Sales Organic Living Company that is just getting started with building its team of Leaders and distributors. It is PERFECT timing as this company currently worldwide – has less than 1000 distributors with less than 800 in North America.  This company has over 100 products- all 100% certified organic. Their products help address the problem of manmade toxins in the home, our bodies, and in our lifestyle. All are totally 100% toxin free.

Have you ever wanted to find a company that is at the very beginning of building its marketing and Leadership team? Most # 1 earners started at the very beginning of a company, and you are now in that same exact position as well with this company.

This Organic Living Company satisfies the 2 wealth catalyzers I just went over, and is at the very beginning of the Organic Storm that is coming. It is also at the very beginning of the building of the team of Leaders that will help share the products to the masses worldwide. It truly is the Perfect Success Storm. And as hot a topic as organic products and food are starting to become, PLUS being at the very beginning of a direct sales/network marketing company, you are looking at a TRUE unlimited business vehicle that can be your path to extraordinary success that you have only dreamed of.

Recognition keeps your team happy

I worked for a guy who never told his employees anything good about what they were doing.

He was sure to point out when you screwed up and tell you you could be replaced. One woman worked for him for over 10 years and he never recognized her contribution to the company.

It was not a happy place to work. You did your job and went home.

If you have a network marketing company, you need to keep your team engaged and happy with recognition. It’s really easy these days to sponsor a team mate using the internet and then forget they exist.

Constant contact and recognition for even the smallest gains is necessary to keep your team. Without it, they are guaranteed to quit.

Napoleon Bonaparte knew the secret and he nearly conquered all of Europe.

He said,  “I have made the most wonderful discovery, I have discovered men will risk their lives, even die, for ribbons and men will also die to avoid having their ribbons taken away.”

What ways have you found to give your employees or team members the recognition they deserve?

Katherine Tatsuda 4th generation entrepreneur

I had a great meeting with Katherine Tatsuda this morning. She told me about her family’s struggle to keep their business in the face of huge obstacles.

Her family faced prejudice, the Japanese internment in WWII, 2 fires, 2 recessions and the great depression to survive.

Her business, a small grocery store in Ketchikan, Alaska is celebrating its 99th year this year and is currently undergoing some much needed updates.

She has some great advice for beginning entrepreneurs and her story is sure to inspire.

Here’s her story:

I have been watching Kyle Arrington for a couple of years now and she has a great story to tell that I’m sure many of you can identify with.

Outsourcing, freedom from drudgery

As a musician, I’ve found that when I want to learn a new piece of music for performance, it’s best to memorize it.

It’s fine to go from a piece of sheet music but if you really want to create a memorable performance, the music should be part of you.

That requires memorization.

In learning a new piece of music, I find that going through the piece and finding the hard parts and learning them first is a good place to start.

Then start going from the beginning and learning the whole piece. When you reach the hard parts, you’ll already have them ironed out.

The hard parts are also, most frequently, the most memorable parts of the piece.

Once you have learned the piece, you can put emotion and part of yourself into it.

That’s how notable performances are created.

The same thing can be applied to almost any endeavor you pursue such as creating your own business.

What are the hard parts of creating a business that need to be tackled first?

It’s usually the things that we are not good at.

  • Bookkeeping
  • Budgeting
  • Mindset
  • Technical pieces
  • Learning business practices
  • Advertising
  • Website design
  • And so forth

It’s the stuff we really don’t want to do because they are not the creative part of our business. They are not what we have a passion for (generally speaking).

There are those odd people who love that stuff but if you’re like me, that’s not what you want to focus on.

But they are not just important, they are vital to your success. They are the foundation that needs to be set so you can succeed. When they are in place, you can pour your heart into the content you love of your business.

That’s a big reason why so many businesses fail.

They have not put a foundation on their business that will ensure its success.

Take a look at your endeavor. Have you set the basics in place?

If you’re really not good at something you can outsource it. Make sure outsourcing is budgeted in to your business plan.

It can save you a lot of headache.

https://www.elance.com/

Are good places to find some reliable outsources.

Another popular one that is inexpensive and great for beginning entrepreneurs is https://www.fiverr.com/s/7w3gnc

They have a list of people that will do a wide variety of tasks for just $5.

Usually they will also have upgrades to their offers for additional fees but it’s usually minimal.

For example, I got a professional radio sweep for my podcast for $25 that is fabulous.

Poke around on Fiverr and see what they have available.

You may be surprised at the value here.
